A Model For Shared Success

In 2023, AEC USA became the first large accounting and advisory organization to establish an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The ESOP reflects a new model,innovative in our profession, to empower our people and serve our clients while also fueling quality, ongoing investment and growth for our future. A qualified retirement plan, the ESOP offers participants a stake in the firm’s success through beneficial ownership and a unique opportunity to enhance their financial well-being.
